The set is retired, having been introduced and retired in 2000.
The original set includes nine pieces: the lighted building, a "Candy Mining" accessory, three peppermint trees, a cobblestone walkway, two candy cane fences, and a bag of snow.
The building features glitter and is hand-painted. This village is in good condition. It does not have a bag of snow. The only flaw that I see is the accessory piece. The glue came loose on the top, but sits right back in and can be glued again. Box has some wear due to storage. Bag of boxes taped.
